Co-Founder | Medical Director | Veterinary Surgeon
Dr. Eslam is a highly experienced small animal veterinarian and surgeon with nearly 10 years of practice in Egypt and the UAE. As Co-Founder of Royal Pets Veterinary Clinic, he is known for combining advanced medical expertise with compassionate, patient-focused care.
His areas of expertise include soft tissue surgery, emergency and critical care, endoscopy, ophthalmology, and diagnostic ultrasound. Recognized as one of Dubai’s highly reviewed veterinarians, he is committed to delivering the highest standard of care for dogs and cats.

- Certified Veterinary Surgeon – International School of Veterinary Postgraduate Studies (ISVPS)
- Certified Emergency and Critical Care Veterinarian – University of Nebrija, Madrid, Spain

Veterinarian
Dr. Moamen is an experienced veterinarian with a strong background in emergency and critical care. He previously worked in a military hospital, managing up to 20 cases a day and treating both working dogs and family pets in high-pressure situations. Skilled in assessing, stabilizing, and treating life-threatening cases in cats and dogs, he brings this valuable hands-on emergency expertise to Royal Pets Veterinary Clinic in Dubai. He continues to advance his skills through certified emergency courses, staying up to date with the latest techniques and equipment in urgent pet care.
Veterinary Technician
Dr. Abdelhakeem is a dedicated Veterinary Technician with a lifelong passion for animals, starting from caring for cats and dogs at a young age. In the clinic, he plays a key role in anesthesia monitoring, lab diagnostics, boarding care, and assisting veterinarians during consultations and procedures. Known for his calm handling, precise technical skills, and compassionate attitude, he ensures every patient receives safe, attentive, and loving care

Dr. Abubakar Siddique is a veterinarian who graduated from UVAS Lahore, with a primary focus in Internal Medicine. He holds additional certifications in Ophthalmology, Emergency Ultrasound, and Emergency Procedures, which strengthen his diagnostic and clinical skills. With special interests in advanced imaging and ocular medicine, he is committed to accurate diagnostics and evidence-based treatment. Known for his gentle approach, clear communication, and collaborative style with pet owners, Dr. Abubakar believes every pet deserves comfort, dignity, and care like a valued member of the family.
